Plot summary : Sterling (Angus Cloud) scrapes by with petty crimes; he has no real plans for his life. Sterling then takes the store owner Amir (Mousa Hussein Kraish), as well as the heavily pregnant Ana (Jessica Garza) and her husband Abraham (Elliot Knight), hostage. Since he doesn't actually want to kill anyone, Sterling now has to negotiate a deal with those present so he can make off with the money. But with such a large sum at stake, it's difficult to trust one another. Moreover, Cody has survived and has since alerted his father, who is already on his way with his fellow officers.

For eleven years, Michelle is beaten and submitted to sexual abuse and abortion. In 2003 and 2004, Ariel also kidnaps and abuses Amanda Berry, who has a child with him, and Gina DeJesus. In 2013, Amanda succeeds in escaping from the house and the police arrive and release the women.
